How charming is this army green cropped military jacket from Old Navy? I've loved this jacket this season over a black maxi dress, but I also love the thought of it on cool, not-quite-spring days with a short, brightly-colored silk t-shirt dress, a bare leg and a great oxford shoe. Sign me up.

It's hard to believe I've been blogging this long and have yet to mention one single ring. Shame on me. Well, if there's one stylish ring worth mentioning, it would have to be the signet ring. Monogrammed or plain, costume or fine, this simple, classic ring manages to sneak in and turn the style dial way up. This boyfriend signet ring from J. Crew was a Christmas gift from my family, and I'm completely in love with it.

I'm crazy about rugby stripes. Picture this on a cool Sunday morning: rugby-striped sweater layered over an untucked blue oxford button-up shirt, worn-in jeans (rolled up), classic cordovan penny loafers (no socks, of course), tortoiseshell glasses, pearl studs, ponytail. Now that's my kind of uniform.
